Snowpocalypse 2010 recap

A lot has happened since I posted last. We lived through Snowpocalypse 2010, which involved:

  • us getting stuck in the snow driving home from seeing Jack Hanna
  • nearly losing power
  • getting snowed in for two days
  • Mom losing power for two days
  • Mom losing heat for 3 days
  • 2 burst pipes at Mom’s apartment building
  • hours of shoveling
  • 6 snow days at school
  • 4 2-hour school delays

Got any good snow stories to share?

Wow! That’s a lot of snow. I wish I had some snow stories to share, not those kind. Oh, there was this one time I went sledding down a hill on our property and I went so fast and far that I made it all the way into the raspberry vines. Those have prickers…ouch! But it was fun!!! 🙂
